At the end of the process, an <em>email<\/em> is sent to the customer with all the information regarding the chosen <em>tour<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pagamentos\">Payments<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments are made at the time of booking through the following methods: American Express, iDEAL, Mastercard, and Visa.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-o-dia-da-experiencia\">The Day of the Experience<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please arrive at the boarding location five minutes before departure time. Bring good spirits and a free soul\u2026 \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cancelamentos\">Cancellations<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to bad weather (if the Port of Lisbon is closed to navigation):<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For reasons attributable to the customer:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Up to ten days in advance: 90% refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Between two and nine days in advance: 50% refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than 24 hours in advance: no refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-seguros\">Insurance<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The experiences we provide are protected by civil liability and personal accident insurance in accordance with current legislation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Real Dreams, Lda \u2013 represented here under the brand Lisbon Sight Sailing \u2013 offers various options in the field of tourist entertainment activities.
