We served traditional Portuguese tapas and a variety of drinks, creating an informal and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for promoting team spirit in a relaxed way. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the crucial aspects was the organizer&#8217;s concern, Gonzalo Su\u00e1rez, with weather conditions, since the event was scheduled for a month known for its instability. According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.publico.pt\/2025\/04\/08\/azul\/noticia\/portugal-destacase-chuva-intensa-mes-marco-quente-europa-2128884\">Jornal P\u00fablico<\/a>, &#8220;Portugal stood out for intense rainfall in the month of March&#8221;. Given this phenomenon, the Lisbon Sight Sailing team was constantly monitoring forecasts, tracking the weather in real time and keeping the client informed at all stages of the process.
