Spring 2026 was marked by a succession of memorable experiences with Lisbon Sight Sailing. From April to June, we had the privilege of welcoming hundreds of guests on board from several countries, for corporate events hosted by multinational companies, international conferences, and professionals from the luxury tourism sector.
Recognition ceremonies, team-building activities, exclusive dinners, conference transfers, and incentive trips were all part of a season that once again confirmed Lisbon and the Tagus River as the ideal setting to bring teams together, strengthen relationships, and create unforgettable moments.

ORISE | Celebrating excellence right on the Tagus
One of the season’s most striking moments was the annual awards ceremony of ORISE, a global benchmark in industrial automation, digitalisation, and process optimisation solutions for industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and energy.
With teams across several countries, the company brought together 110 employees of different nationalities in Lisbon to celebrate excellence, dedication, and their achievements. Everything took place right on the Tagus, in a ceremony that will stay in everyone’s memory forever.
As ORISE’s trusted partner, Lisbon Sight Sailing was responsible for organising the entire experience—from transfers and welcoming participants to dinner, décor, lighting, and technical support. Every detail was carefully prepared to match the importance of the occasion.
On board the historic Évora, team members and leaders shared a night of celebration, strengthening bonds between teams and the sense of belonging that defines Orise’s culture.

S&P Global – Team building and a Chef-hosted dinner
S&P Global, the prestigious financial information and market intelligence company, chose Lisbon to offer its team an original experience, where socialising and strengthening professional relationships took place outside the usual work environment.
On board the Bali 54 catamaran, a special dinner was served, prepared by the renowned Chef João Pedrosa, where the 16 guests enjoyed a double experience—nautical and gastronomic—with seafood and other flavours typical of Lisbon.
In a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, with Lisbon in the background, this cruise helped create new connections between colleagues—showing how an inspiring setting can turn a simple dinner into a memorable moment.
Genesys – Feeling Good on the Tagus
For Genesys, a global leader in customer experience solutions, the goal was simple: to offer the team a moment of relaxation, sharing, and well-being during their time in Lisbon.
On board this Lagoon 45, the 15 participants of various nationalities found the perfect balance on the cruise between socialising, stunning scenery, and hospitality.
There was no shortage of praise for the crew and the event organisation: “We took a corporate group on a boat tour with Luis and the fantastic team at Lisbon Sight Sailing in early May. From planning and logistics to the day of the event, they were wonderful and helpful, answering my many questions and ensuring we had everything we needed to make the evening memorable. We had so much fun out on the water during the cruise and we can’t stop talking about the beauty, the laughter, and the incredible atmosphere of that night that we will always remember as a team. Luis and his team are simply the best and I highly recommend them for any personal or professional event,” commented Kevin Bertels.
Santander México – An Event with a Latin American Soul
In a joint organisation between Lisbon Sight Sailing and the Spanish company Minerva, Santander México brought together 80 participants on a bright late afternoon on board this modern catamaran. “The experience we organised for the group was a resounding success. Everything went perfectly and the participants were delighted. I would especially like to highlight Luis’s work; he paid attention to every detail the whole time to ensure everything ran flawlessly,” says Judith Campos, from Minerva.
One of the most original aspects of this event was the Mexican cultural touches throughout the cruise—from the music to the drinks served, with margaritas and other Latin American flavours freshly prepared on the spot.
The relaxed atmosphere allowed employees and guests to discover Lisbon’s beauty from an original perspective, with sunset tones reflecting the city’s unique colours.
The experience was remembered as “an unforgettable night, with impeccable organisation, an extraordinary team, and a perfect atmosphere.”
KKR – Networking with a View over Lisbon
KKR (Kohlberg Kravis Roberts), one of the world’s largest global investment firms, active in private equity, infrastructure, credit, and real estate assets, also chose Lisbon Sight Sailing to provide its employees with a private experience.
On board the Bali 54, 26 participants from several countries enjoyed an extraordinary cruise, combining informal conversations, networking, and social moments with the best views of Lisbon.
More than a boat tour, it was an opportunity to strengthen professional relationships in a relaxed and exclusive setting.
Rotary Iceland – Nordic Good Cheer
It was with great pleasure that we welcomed 29 members of Rotary Iceland for a tailor-made cruise, which included a delicious barbecue prepared especially for the group.
Rotary Iceland is part of the international Rotary International network, a volunteer organisation present in more than 200 countries and territories. Its members promote projects with social impact, education, health, and community development, strengthening ties of cooperation between different cultures.
“A fantastic experience for our Rotary members, with an exceptional team. The team was friendly and helpful, the food was great. And we had so much fun singing and dancing on the deck. A barefoot experience 🙂 Greetings to the barbecue chef from Sintra,” commented Guðni Gíslason, one of the guests, enthusiastically.
Between conversations, singing, great food, and unforgettable scenery, participants enjoyed an experience that reflected the group’s spirit of friendship and sharing.
In the end, the verdict was unanimous: an experience to repeat.
Andaz Hotels – Authentic Fado for Luxury Tourism
Lisbon Sight Sailing, in partnership with Andaz, the luxury lifestyle hotel brand of the Hyatt group, known for offering experiences inspired by the local culture of each destination, organised a FAM Trip for eight Brazilian professionals from travel agencies specialising in the luxury segment.
The chosen cruise featured live fado, one of the unique experiences offered by Lisbon Sight Sailing, entitled “Lisbon to your Heart”, in an exclusive performance by Filipa Vieira, Miguel da Silva, and Manuel Ferreira.
Guests were delighted with the opportunity to connect directly with the musicians and to experience, in an intimate and genuine way, one of the most emblematic expressions of Lisbon’s culture.
The combination of hospitality, heritage, gastronomy, and traditional music turned this moment into a truly memorable experience for all participants: “Indescribable experience! Personalised, authentic and delicious!!” says Daiana Oliveira, and “Fantastic fado experience on board! Definitely something to repeat!” comments Miguel Silva—two of the testimonials from this spring afternoon.
Pulse Conference – More than a Transfer
Pulse Conference organised, in Lisbon, the CISO 360 Global Congress 2026, one of the leading international gatherings dedicated to leadership in cybersecurity. Sponsored by Mastercard, this annual congress brought together Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), senior security executives, and other strategic leaders from around the world.
It was up to Lisbon Sight Sailing to combine business with pleasure by organising the transfer between Lisbon and Cascais for the conference’s 120 participants—an opportunity to take in the unique beauty of this coastline, rich in nature and architecture.
Much more than a transfer, it was a journey of discovery and wonder that surprised everyone.
